Z-axis not moving only during print?

I've had the printer for a couple months now and never had any issues. I didn't change any of the settings in Cura when slicing new models and noticed that the Z-axis doesn't move at all during prints. It does move when I direct it through the menu via auto home or changing height. I already tried leveling the gantry, greasing the Z-axis rod, and updating the firmware to Marlin.
