Not Reading STL File

I just bought a JGMaker Magic, set it up, and tried to do a test print. I found a free STL online, put it on the SD card and thought I was printing it. It printed whatever was already on the SD card that came with the 3D printer. I tried different files and different SD cards. Whats the deal?

Hi @SquirrelFishie -- welcome to the forum. The printer prints ".gcode" files. You need to put STL files into a "slicer" program (e.g. Cura) in order to convert the 3D file into a gcode printing file. Best, Sam
