Print Resume Feature

Hey all,

I have a problem where if I try to print a large print but I go out of the house, I want to be able to pause the print and 'turn off' the 3d printer while I'm away. However, when I 'induce' a power failure it either doesn't save my progress and says 'resume error' or it continues with the print in that one in a million chances but resumes about 10 mm off target. Does anyone else have this issue?

I just tried it again with a small test print and this time the machines decided to go back to the correct position but scrape away the top layer of the glass destroying it in the process. I guess the feature just doesn't work.

    Hi Olivier,

Sorry to hear that – how frustrating to hear your bed has been damaged in the process! Contact JGAurora and ask for their help getting a replacement, as it was not your fault.

May I ask which mainboard and which LCD firmwares you are using? Are you using the stock for both?

    Cheers,
    Sam
